Brian Heder is a confirmed supporting character — a veteran drug runner who operates out of a boat yard in the Leonida Keys and prefers to let others handle the risk while he leans on his experience and network.
He lets Jason Duval live rent-free at one of his properties in the Keys, in exchange for Jason collecting payments through local shakedowns and moving product — making him as much an informal mentor and landlord to Jason as a boss.
